Exams for the course are within Brightspace for tracking purposes. There are three exams available, each aligning to a section of the Early Learning Framework. Successful completion of each exam can count towards professional development requirements for Early Childhood Educators.
These courses on food safety are designed for anyone who works in the food service industry. FOODSAFE courses can be used in B.C. and across Canada to meet the requirements for food safety training.

FOODSAFE Level 1 Mandatory instruction for food service employees. Course content covers food handling sanitation and worker safety, including food-borne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing.
Learn about responsibilities and best practices for selling goods at your local market. This program provides training on food safety and safe food handling procedures for those involved with temporary markets (e.g. farmers' markets, artisan markets) – this includes market vendors, managers, farmers, food processors, and others who may make, bake or produce food products.
