You are a Roman general who has recently conquered a
new province. Prepare a decree (official proclamation) outlining the
new way of life in store for the people under your rule. You can do
this as a written document or make a sound file. (10 marks)

things will change
- What
things will stay the same
- What
rights and responsibilities the people will have
- The
content of the decree is historically accurate.
