This course provides training on food safety and safe food handling procedures for market vendors, managers, farmers, food processors, and others who may make, bake or produce food products for temporary markets (e.g. farmers' markets, artisan markets).
Learners will cover topics like proper food storage and display, key elements of sanitation and food cleanliness, and explore foodborne illnesses (and how to avoid them in your products). This course is not a replacement for FOODSAFE Level 1.
Upon starting, we provide access for 10 days:
