If you haven't received your printed certificate 4-6 weeks after completing your course, contact the BC Regional Health Authority responsible for issuing your certificate.

Electronic certificates are e-mailed within 48 hours of successful completion of the course. Contact the FOODSAFE Secretariat if you are missing an electronic certificate.
