Refunds can only be requested before starting or enrolling in the course you ordered. A processing fee of $35.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount. Orders with course fees under $35.00 are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please email your order receipt to openschoolinfo@gov.bc.ca with "Online course refund" in the subject line. Your receipt must include the order number to process the refund.

We recognize that occasionally you may require additional time to complete your online course. You can request a one time extension per course enrollment by contacting us at https://openschool.bc.ca/tech_service/ and briefly explaining why you need more time.
